  2.  to find out nutrient composition of cashew apple juice(vitamins&minerals)
  3.  to determine the effect of initial sugar concentration on ethanol yield
  4.  to determine the effect of operating conditions(temp,ph,agitation,time)on ethanol yield
  5.  to find out the effect of nutrient supplements....
